Accounts and orders
We store your name, email, password hash and account recovery-code hash to provide your account. We store your order, delivery name, address, mobile number and payment reference to check payment and fulfil your purchase. Custom artwork you order is stored privately for printing.
Payments
UPI payments take place in your UPI app. Shaatir Mode does not collect your UPI PIN, OTP or bank-login password. Submitted transaction references are checked manually before payment is confirmed.
Your browser
A secure session cookie keeps you signed in. Cart choices and artwork awaiting checkout are stored in your browser. The cart may be shared by accounts using the same browser profile. Clearing browser data removes that local cart.
Access and requests
Your order information is available to you and authorised Shaatir Mode staff. Delivery details are used for shipping. For help, corrections or a request concerning your account information, email shaatirmode@gmail.com. We do not currently send marketing or order emails from this checkout.
Keep your recovery code private. Account email addresses are not verified by an email confirmation service.
